Kuwait Health Insurance Company KSCC:
Kuwait Health Insurance Company (KHIC) is a fully owned subsidiary of Al Razzi.  The first dedicated for profit health insurance company in Kuwait, KHIC was established in 1999 by Kuwait Public Institution for Social Security (PIFFS).

 
Warba Medical Supplies Company WLL:
Established in 1979, Warba is among the leading national companies in the pharmaceutical and medical trading business.  Warba carries an impressive portfolio of Pharmaceutical, Medical Diagnostic, Veterinary, Agricultural, Health and Beauty products and industrial Chemicals.  Some of the Warba’s agency portfolio includes Spimaco, Cilag, Gilead Sciences, Sanofi-Pasteur, Bayer Diagnostics, Bioscientia Institute for Medical Diagnostics, and many others.

Ibn Sina International Medical Services Company WLL:
Established in 1975, Ibn Sina Medical Laboratory "ISML" is the busiest freestanding laboratory in Ahmadi Governorate and among the busiest in Kuwait. In 2005, Al Razzi acquired 80% of ISML and changed its name to Ibn Sina International Medical Services Company.  Together, Al Razzi and Ibn Sina management have established a plan to expand the scope of services of Ibn Sina in an effort to become the leading provider of laboratory medicine services in the country.

Al Bayan Medical Company KSCC:
Established in 2003, Bayan currently owns and operates two multidisciplinary dental centers in Salmiya and Qibla.  In 2005, Al Razzi acquired a 50% stake in Bayan.

Al Nawadi Holding Company KSCC:
Established in 2005 through a private placement by Global, Al Nawadi is an integrated sports and fitness company that will build and operate a branded network of fitness and recreational treatment centers in Kuwait and the region. In the absence of a dominant industry player, and with the growing demand from youth involvement in sports activity and health awareness, the net margins of Al Nawadi are expected to be promising.  Al Razzi acquired an 18% of the Company and holds a single seat on its five-member board.  Among the facilities that AL Nawadi currently owns are Al Hayat and Elysium.

Kuwait Medical Center Holding Company KSCC:
Established in 1984, KMC went through a round of capital increase in 2005, during which Al Razzi acquired a 10% stake in the company and a single board seat representation on its seven-member board.

Having a similar mission to that of Al Razzi, KMC is currently in the process of building a major general private hospital (Al Safat American Hospital) in Messila area.
